Resource Finance & Investment Ltd. (RFI) is engaged in the business of acquiring and investing in the exploration and development of specific natural resource properties. RFI's objectives are to acquire interests in value-added specialty industrial mineral and base metal projects preferably situated in geographically and politically low risk locations. The Company establishes special purpose vehicles (SPV's) for each project with a view to obtaining independent stock exchange listings for these entities, post the high risk exploration and early stage development.
Its investment objective is to ultimately generate annual internal rates of return in excess of 20% from these structures.
