Michael Brickell
Position: Chairman of the Board
Mr. Brickell is a chartered accountant by profession. He has a background in retail merchandising and marketing. He is a former Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a national Canadian specialty retail chain and currently serves as Chairman of Cotswold Collections Limited, the Cheltenham, UK based retailer. Prior to becoming Chairman of the Board, Mr. Brickell held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been a Director of the Company since 1995.

Position: President & Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Garratt was appointed President in June 2006. He was previously the President and CEO of the Company from 1989 to 1993. He has in depth knowledge of the company's mineral sands and base metal projects and is focused on their next of stage development. As a long term shareholder, he is a keen proponent of increasing shareholder value through the flotation of project specific entities, enabling RFI to retain an on-going ownership and providing its owners the benefits of a direct stake in a diverse portfolio of mineral assets.

Position: Chief Financial Officer, Director
Steve Blacklock is a chartered accountant with 20 years of senior management experience for companies reporting in Canada and the United States. Steve has a broad base of experience including strategic planning, operations, internal and external financial reporting, equity and debt financing, regulatory compliance and risk management and tax compliance. Industry experience includes telecommunications, mining and exploration, forestry, marketing and logistics, and food products.

Position: Director
Elected to the Board February 25, 2008. Mr. Schroder is a partner at American Capital Management Limited, a Bermuda based boutique private equity group focusing on investments in the oil and gas services and enterprise software and services industries. Mr. Schroder is the Chairman of the Board and a founding investor of Enovation Resources Ltd. and serves as a director of StreamServe, Inc. and AKJ Group Limited. During his career he devoted a large portion of time to establish, develop and manage international business opportunies, drawing on his diverse background within structured and corporate finance, marketing and sales, strategic management and senior executive management. Mr. Schroder earned an MBA in International Business and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and undertook postgraduate studies at NYU, under a scholarship from the Wallenberg Foundation. He completed the Executive Management Program at the Wharton School.

Position: Director
Elected to the Board February 25, 2008. Mr. Jones is a principal shareholder and CFO of the Consolidated Group of Companies based in Hamilton, Bermuda. The consolidated Group of Companies provides corporate and accounting services to clients in the oil and gas, shipping, hedge fund, and insurance industries and he serves on the board of a number of such companies. Mr. Jones obtained a BSc (Econ) degree -- Economics and International Politics in 1978. In 1984 he became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales.
