Philip J. Garratt Position: President
Mr. Garratt was the President and CEO of the Company until he resigned in 1993. During his tenure, the Company acquired the Oregon and Kentucky projects. He rejoined the Company and in 2006 was appointed by the Board to the position of President and will oversee the next phase of development for Oregon Resources Corporation and Cadillac West Explorations Inc.

| |  | Steven Blacklock Position: Chief Financial Officer and Director
Steve Blacklock is a chartered accountant with 20 years of senior management experience for companies reporting in Canada and the United States. Steve has a broad base of experience including strategic planning, operations, internal and external financial reporting, equity and debt financing, regulatory compliance and risk management and tax compliance. Industry experience includes telecommunications, mining and exploration, forestry, marketing and logistics, and food products.

Ms. Wilson joined the Company in 1990 and has been responsible for overall management and operations of the Oregon mineral sands project. She also manages the operations of Dynamex Resources Corporation, a base metal exploration project in Kentucky.

During a 37-year career as an economic geologist, Charles served four major U.S. and international mining companies working on industrial mineral, gold/silver, and base metal mining properties and exploration projects. Following his retirement from Oglebay Norton Company as Technical Director in 1997, Charles established Geoscience-Mining Consultants, Inc., a mining consulting business focusing on industrial mineral, gold/silver, and base metal projects, mineral marketing, and research and development studies for clients.

| |  | O. Jay Gatten, North American Exploration, Inc. Position: Advisor
O. Jay Gatten is CEO of North American Exploration, Inc. ("Company"), and provides mine services throughout the USA with offices in Bingham, Utah, and Tyler, Texas.
Company and O. Jay Gatten will provide geological and exploration services related to the Kentucky project. Work will involve surface geological mapping, data compilation, data evaluation, drill site selection and supervision, providing recommendations, drafting and report preparation. Such work to be focused on developing economic zinc resources.

Boyce Moodie, III, is a fourth generation "Mineral Man" Kentucky State Registered Geologist and member of the Society of Mining & Exploration with over 45 years experience in the Kentucky/Illinois geologic district. His experience includes exploration and development of Industrial Minerals and Base Metals. Boyce has been associated with RFI since 1992.

In addition to personnel versed in the mining industry, Gannett Fleming has a full-line of professional engineers, professional geologists and hydrogeologists, environmental scientists, chemists, terrestrial and aquatic biologists, toxicologists, risk assessors, geophysicists, economists, statisticians, computer system analysts and programmers, GIS analysts, transportation and land planners, and field and construction technicians.

Dorian E. Kuper, R.G., C.E.G., President & Senior Engineering Geologist. Dorian Kuper is a registered geologist and certified engineering geologist with extensive experience in natural resource engineering projects. Dorian has extensive experience in managing the development of mining plans.
H. Tom Kuper, R.G., C.E.G., Principal Engineering Geologist. Tom Kuper has worked in the field of land development services for over 29 years. A principal at Kuper Consulting LLC, Tom serves as the senior geologist and project manager for complex landslide stabilization, land development and geological engineering projects.
